Print lab-quality photos and laser-quality documents with reliable Photosmart D7560, which produces beautiful color using five individual HP Vivera inks. It features a big 3.5" touchscreen for easy navigation plus photo viewing, editing, and organizing.nd can output them economically without sacrificing the quality of the original image. The most frequent uses of the HP PhotoSmart photo printer include photo enlargement, cropping, red-eye elimination, scratch removal, replication of snapshots, and the creation of greeting cards and other novelties. These uses require the support of a wide variety of media sizes. These media sizes include a wide variety of media types, like photo weight papers (photographic glossy or photographic matte), special project papers, transparency, and a calendar kit. A new "straight-through" paper path facilitates media types that are too thick for traditional curved paths.

Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent Printer Comment: So far this printer has been great. No complaints. The pictures look professional.
Customer Rating: Summary: Very Good Unit for the Home Comment: A very good unit for the home user. Set-up was easy. Help was needed regarding ink cartridges and took a long time to get through, but once thru the tech did his job! Pictures are excellent. LCO screen is nice feature but not really needed.
Customer Rating: Summary: Disappointed Comment: After four days of attempting to print twelve copies of a six-page document with text and photos using Quark XPress, I gave up and went back to my old HP psc2175v.
My new 7560 displayed "Low Ink" messages constantly; stalled in the middle of pages and required restarting; displayed the message: "The process 'USB' stopped unexpectedly with status 233," and required restarting; and continued to say it was printing after it had completed a job, requiring restarting. I resorted to attempting to print a single page at a time and achieved success on the average of one out of six times--wasting paper, ink, and time.
Had to order more ink and wait for two-day delivery before making further attempts.
The printer's messages, whether about the door being open or the low ink status, became distracting rather than helpful.
I called tech support and was told that since my new printer printed other documents, maybe it was something wrong with Quark.
When I went back to my old 2175, it printed twelve copies of all six pages with no problems and equivalent quality.
I'm sorry I bought the 7560.
Customer Rating: Summary: Fantastic Printer !! Comment: I've been using an 8 year old HP Deskjet 830C and decided I needed something better especially for photos. Wow, did I find it in this D7560 Photosmart. I ordered on Friday, received on Monday and after about an hour of setup time I am up and running. The test photo of my subject was unbelievably good. The subjects look like they could walk out of the photo. You do need to provide your own USB cord for connection but everything else is included in the box. I am really impressed with this printer and highly recommend it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Comparing HP D7560 with Epson R280 Comment: After using the HP 7550 for a number of years I received well spirited bad advice and switched to an Epson R280 because of compatibility with an IMAC OS 10.5. I discovered inaccurate color rendition, ink that required 24 hours to dry and was dissatisfied with its skimpy plastic construction. The first printer arrived with a broken paper easel. The second had the same poor color symptoms with Photoshop or the Leopard photo programs.
The HP D7560, solidly built, knocked out my letter size, borderless prints almost accurately. I did notice that an increase of contrast helped to approach the brilliant color on the Imac screen. The ink dries in a few minutes. There is little difference in final results between Photoshop or IMac programs. There are perhaps a few too many bells and whistles, since I use Photoshop to process my shots. But there are some great features for those who wish to use the printer for processing. With the discounted price, the D7560 seems to be a bargain. I still wonder when they will make a quiet printer.
