Their was some shipping problem no fault of Accessowear. Once I notified them they reshipped my order express and I recently received it on 9/28/08 a month later but the service was satisfactory and the item looks exactley as advertised/pictured. It was worth the wait. It's a beautiful umbrella, good quality. Excellent for any little girl. My daughter is 6.
