Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Nice!! Comment: I bought this printer to make photos and it does this well. The printer is 30' away from the computer using the blue-tooth adapter (not incl) and was recognized by my wireless keyboard/mouse dongle by Logitech. I did call support to set-up and they were helpful. They also said that the scanner would not work well in a wireless application due to the amount of data transferring but have not tried this yet. Overall was a good purchase. Customer Rating: Summary: Best printer in a long time Comment: Had the MP620 about 3 weeks now and it really works great. Wireless setup required some tweaks in the PC's firewall but other than that was painless although the set up guide was a bit confusing so take some time to study it before moving ahead. Unlike a lot of recent printer manufacturers, Canon does not try to force you to use their photo management software which I think is great, they just give you the tools you need to run the printer. Printer is remarkably quiet while printing and scanning. Excellent value considering Ethernet, 802.11 and USB printing AND wireless scanning support. Print and scan quality is excellent. One important tip, the Amazon web page may list the incorrect ink for this machine, the correct ink is the 220 and 221 series of ink! Customer Rating: Summary: Printer is great, Supplied data on suggested ink is WRONG! Comment: The MP620 Cannon wireless printer works great and was pretty easy to set up wireless. Pictures look much better than my prior Cannon 2000. Watch out for Amazon's "Frequently Bought Together" items with this printer. The ink cartriges sugested are WRONG! I had to send some back. The correct ones are the CLI-221 set of four color tanks and the separate PGI-220BK black tank. Customer Rating: Summary: Canon MP620 - Great Product Comment: The Canon MP620 is a great product. Network/wireless set-up was simple. A little slow to start printing and scanning over wireless but that was expected. Great print quality using included canon software.
