Amazon forwarded my order to "Rons" something or other, I had hoped to get the thermostat before I went on vacation. It didn't arrive, when I returned 21 days later it still had not arrived. I contacted "Rons", they asked for my order number which I supplied. The next day "Rons" said that it was past the 15 day warranty window, but they would send one anyway. Obviously the first one was never shipped or lost in transit, no tracking number was provided. I still have not received the item, seven days later. Amazon is normally much better than this. It would seem Amazon would have had a tracking technique to see if their suppliers performed. More Reviews
