Summary: Awkward in a small bathroom but provides a luxury
Comment: I'm not sure what I can add that hasn't already been said.
Here is what I like about this little towel warmer:
* Works great for socks, mittens, gloves, scarves, etc. This will definitely come in handy for those blistery evenings/mornings when it comes time to go out and shovel snow.
* This is a compact unit without a lot of bells and whistles. I had no problem setting this up, plugging it in, and giving it a try. My mother-in-law, notorious for her technophobia, can operate this unit.
* I thought it worked quite well warming up one of our smaller towels, which is great for one person after one shower.
What I don't like as much:
* "Compact" still doesn't mean that this unit fits nicely in my teeny-tiny bathroom. This will probably mean that I'll rarely use it for towels since there really isn't enough counter space (but this isn't a fault in the product, just in my bathroom).
* Again, others have mentioned the odor. I don't know if this eventually wears off, but it is rather unpleasant. I didn't notice the odor on any items that I warmed in the unit, but it's still not something you want to have to smell in your house.
* We like to use the large bath sheets, and there is no way one of those will fit in this unit. When the directions tell you to use a 30x60 towel, that's it. No bigger.
* This little thing gets HOT. I don't have children, but I'm sure any parent would have to be concerned about this. I had to keep shooing away my cat to keep him from possibly getting burned.
All in all, this is a little bit of luxury in our home. I'm not sure this is something I would ever buy for myself, and because of some of the drawbacks (that odor), I don't think I would purchase this as a gift for someone else. But I do look forward to that first big snowfall when I can come inside to super-warm socks!

Comment: It is nice to have warm towels when you step out of the shower, especially on a cold morning. The Jerdon Towel Spa Towel Warmer is an item that makes this luxury available without taking up the space that regular towel warmers do. Measuring 11x8x12, it will hold one large towel fairly easily. Stuff it into the warmer, press the button and in five or ten minutes, pop up the lid and remove the warm towel. Overall, it works fine but there are a few things to be aware of. First of all, towels don't warm evenly, only in the areas that were near the sides of the box. Another thing to consider is the warmer gets very hot so it should not be used within the reach of children.

Summary: Great for cold mornings
Comment: My wife and I live in a very cold home, with wood floors beyond the tile floor in our washroom. When I saw this item, I felt it would be perfect for my wife, who complains every day about how cold it is and wakes me up to turn on the heat for her shower. Well, she still wakes me up, but now it is to start the towel warmer. It is very efficient in that it only takes minutes to warm up. It is safe, I was previously concerned about starting a fire, and it is small so that it can fit comfortably in the washroom. Highly recommended.

Summary: Does the job
Comment: The towel warmer does the job as expected although it does take a while to cool off, preventing its use with back to back showers. It does emit a rather foul odor, although it seems to be dissipating with use or we're just getting used to it.
Although we don't use it every day, it is nice to step out of the shower and have a perfectly warmed towel to dry off and wrap up in. For what it does, I believe the price is a bit steep. Unlike others, we find the size to be just right. Our bath sheets fit in it easily; it wasn't intended to be used to warm blankets and such.
