The premise is kind of cool, a town where pretty much everyone is one kind of genius or other. In comes the new sheriff (by no means a genius) who basically fixes all the trouble these 'geniuses' get themselves in to. The show is not exactly a comedy, although the sheriff provides plenty of comedic relief, in his bumbling way. He is a mixture of Andy Griffith and Barney Fife, if you can imagine that combination.
