There is no bracket to hold the hose up (but there is a big hole where it should be...) and the clamp sent to secure the hose is too large. Without being able to tighten the hose clamp, the rain catcher really is useless. I waited six weeks for this backordered item and will try to contact the company who sent it, but based on other reviews, I am not optomistic. Unless you enjoy shopping roulette, stay away.
