Summary: Only Left-speaker audio with music...
Comment: Got this product for my Samsung Sync A707 because I like having one ear free when I'm wearing this, but don't like missing out half of the audio from my music player...unfortunately, Mono doesn't translate to both outputs in one, but just only one of the 2 outputs, meaning when I listen to my music, I only hear the left speaker's audio, as opposed to both, which I thought this would remedy.
The only good points I say the earpiece is more comfortable than the similar OEM stereo ones, and the price is right, but other than that, the audio quality also seemed a bit lower than with stereo earpieces. Which I would definitely recommend over this item.

Comment: Overall I like this product; it serves its purpose. I can hear pretty well through the headphone, but sometimes people on the other end have a hard time hearing me through the microphone.
The headpiece is comfortable enough. Volume through phone, which took me a few minutes to figure out.

Comment: I have this same headset for my work phone and it works good. I was tired of always loosing signal on the stupid bluetooth headsets and you dont have to charge this either. Overall the quality is good and everyone can hear me ok and I can hear ok. There is a very slight hum when using this device but it still gets the job done.
