"Here's another great English muffin bread with the trademark texture, moist crumb, and rich taste of English muffins in the convenience of a loaf. It has the same crunch as the English muffins you buy from the store but fresh from your oven. This one is loaded with raisins and cinnamon. For a special breakfast treat, toast a slice and spread it with a little honey. The combination of raisins, cinnamon, and honey tastes wonderful. This bread is nearly fat and cholesterol free and only contains one tablespoon of sugar per mix. Each package contains two mixes. Each mix makes a 1 1/2 pound-sized loaf.
Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), raisins, milk (nonfat dry milk), sugar, salt, ground cinnamon, yeast (yeast, monostearate), dough conditioner for better baking (wheat flour, dextrose, soy flour, calcium salts, dicetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine monohydrochloride, fungal enzymes, azodicarbonamide, and calcium iodate), and baking soda. This mix contains wheat, soy, and dairy products and may contain traces of eggs or nuts."
