I was using a pricey prescription for nasal congestion, and someone suggested a neti, so I bought the neti and a bottle of neti wash plus w/ zinc, and its one of the best buys I've made! I use it daily and I've not had a cold or congestion problem since Customer Rating: Summary: Nasal Wash eases Stuffy Noses Comment: I was skeptical but decided to try this product. I suffered from a constant stuffy nose. Using this product with a Neti pot daily for several weeks cleared my nose. Now I only need the unstuff my nose once every one to two weeks. Also, it really appears to guard against infection extremely well. I work in customer service at a grocery store and am constantly in contact with all sorts of people. Even when most of the people at work are sick, I never catch whatever is going around - as long as I use this right before and after work.
