For refills, all spices are readily available at virtually any grocery store. Its 360 degree rotation allows for it to take up little space. I can testify to its durability based upon the fact that twice my cat (during the night) chose to knock it off the table where I had placed it onto a hardwood floor. No jars broke, and the rack itself proved to be wholly unaffected.
