The company has never answered me back rather or not they will give me my money back or give me another pair. They were shipped to Springfield, IL is all I know and I never did receive them. My address was good but on the tracking information they said it was not a good address. I know if the company does not give me my money back or another pair of Crocs I will never order from them. I wear them everywhere, all the time, all year long. I dislike closed shoes so they're great in the rain. Also wear them right into the ocean! I can walk in them for hours and my feet feel great! I have multiple pairs of them in different colors in case they decide to discontinue them as is usually the case: if something is popular, then it must be time to discontinue!
