Summary: Not hot, but warm.
Comment: I enjoy this little guy. It isn't super hot, but does make the cold leave very quickly. Will make the room around 60-70 degrees in about half an hour to an hour. Cold touch front, which I like. Energy saver does feel much cooler, but it cycles so it will warm back up. Not exactly a "Turn on and instantly get warm" type of heater. The air does come out warm from the very start, but for best use leave it on in the room for a while. Keeps you warm during the night splendidly. Won't make the room hot, but does make it cozy. Only two settings, Eco-friendly and Non-Eco-friendly, but does have an automatic shutoff set for four hours. I like it.

Comment: I bought this for my office cubicle and it has been fantastic! It warms up my sitting area, but isn't too noisy. It's been perfect because I like to be cozy, while some of my co-workers like to be cooler. I would highly recommend this product.

Summary: Safe and Effective
Comment: We were looking for a safe, energy efficient heater, to run in our bedrooms (2) at night eliminating the use of our furnace. This has been the perfect choice. We have a 1 year old and this heater is NOT hot to the touch when running, tip over protection, shuts off after running 4 hours continuously. I love the 4 hour shutoff. If you keep the bedroom door closed, the heat generated in those 4 hours is enough to keep you warm until morning- big savings on heat/electricity.
IF your looking for continuous very hot heat, this is not the unit for you. Blows continuous warm air....and it does the trick!

Comment: THIS IS A GREAT LITTLE HEATER, IT PUTS OUT A LOT OF HEAT VERY QUICKLY. I BOUGHT IT TO HEAT A SMALL BEDROOM AND IT ONLY HAS TO BE ON FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES AND IT GETS VERY WARM IN THERE. IT IS PRETTY QUIET,VERY LIGHT AND PORTABLE AND I LOVE THE ENERGY EFFICIENT OPTION. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!

Summary: I LOVE IT!!!! some problems with life span...
Comment: They keep breakin' & I keep buyin' 'em. ;) I love this little guy. It cranks. I want one for every room b/c my dogs worship them and live in front of them. You can push a button for Energy Saver on or off. It is cooler with it on, but that is nice for when it's not as cold out. I bought my first one at Bed Bath & Beyond & it is still crankin'. My second order from Amazon, via home (?) came with one broken. The other broke soon after. They replaced the one that arrived broken in a timely manner. So, now I have 2 that work, and need to replace the third. The good news is they cost less than the Vornado's, which ALWAYS break eventually, anyway. And, if they fall over, or get knocked over by a dog, they turn themselves off. I know I'm not supposed to leave them on when I leave the house, but I do sometimes. It keeps the dogs happy & content & QUIET. No problems there so far.The heater is also quiet, by the way. So, this is the heater for me. Much cheaper than running heat for the whole house, I think.
