The system with 3 sets charged up completely in the 15 hours required. This extra handset would not show more than 1/3 of a charge in 20+ hours. I requested a new handset from Amazon. The new one came in a timely manner. I noticed that the new box had a broken seal and I suspected trouble but I held out hope that it would charge ok. I charged the new one for 20 hours and had the same trouble. I returned both of them but I am enjoying my new phone system minus the extra handset. More Reviews
