This strap appears identical to the one used by my therapist organization. It is sturdy, with the loops sewn in very well so one feels very confident applying any amount of force between any two loops during a stretch without any worry. The strap itself is simple and well constructed. The principle of flexing the muscle first before stretching wasn't new to me, but the strap was the first time i've been able to practice this technique without running all over the gym.
