Comment: I recieved this watch and the first thing that I discovered was that the indiglo light doesn't always work. The watch bracelet is rather flimsy and light feeling (also too narrow at 18mm) The one that I recieved had several scrathces on the metal links. The watch itself looks nice, but I would suggest going with another Timex model. Amazon sent me a replacement (suppose to be same watch model #T29781) that arrived in a retail box with the WRONG WATCH INSIDE!! They sent me a completely different (cheaper) Timex watch stuffed inside a #T29781 retail box. I am getting a refund from Amazon as to not risk getting another bad watch, or worse yet another Timex model that costs less than the watch that I ordered.

Comment: A classic watch with the indigo light and timex reliability plus an affordable price. You gotta love this watch. I wasted a lot more money on an Invicta 8926 dive watch that is automatic and nothing but problems. The Timex is great. The only issue is that the water resistance is 50 meters which really is not adequate for diving or swimming. That is not an issue for me however as I use it to tell time day or night above water!

Summary: A reasonable alternative for a Rolex Submariner
Comment: I would like to say first that Jomashop exceeded my expectations with the processing and shipping of this order. I will most definitely order from them again.
About the watch. I love the sleek classic look. If you hold it up next to a Rolex Submariner, it is nearly identical. I have a friend who has this exact watch (only in Rolex) and he's a little miffed that I paid less than $40 for a very very simlar looking watch.
I don't mind not having a $5000 watch on my arm if my substitute feels and looks just as substantial. I would have given this watch 5 stars, but the band occasionally pulls my arm hair. I may look into replacing the band, but it's a minor inconvenience.
I highly recommend this if you don't want to pay thousands for a submariner or hundreds for other look alikes. I have always liked and gotten great things from Timex!

Comment: I like this watch. It looks like a Rolex Submariner. I think it is made in the USA because it has no label indicating it is made elsewhere. It is quartz so it is extremely accurate. It is easy to set. It is substantial, heavy stainless. It has Indiglo so you can read it when you wake up in the middle of the night. You press the crown and it lights up! I have loved indiglos for years. I used them for a flashlight sometimes. You can use the bezel which ratchets in one direction to time things. The finish on this watch is very nice. It has a glass crystal. Its true that there is no magnifier over the date. I adjusted the band using a thumbtack and a pair of needlenose. I watched a video on youtube to remove four links and it fits perfectly on my thin wrist. I bought it for 36 dollars and that is nearly thirty dollars off. I got it from Jomashop. I love this watch!
