Comment: Sony has forced us to use this little cable if we want to watch HD videos direct from the camera on our HD Monitor/Television. The price isn't that bad really and the product works as you would expect. It is fun to watch the ohhhss and ahhhsss from friends that see HD home video for the first time. Customer Rating: Summary: A bit pricey, but perfect Comment: This HDMI connector cable specifically designed to connect newer Sony HD camcorders with a compatible HD TV set, works just perfectly, resulting in a flawless transmission of images and 5.1 surround sound. Customer Rating: Summary: Caution! Not compatable with newer Sony models. Comment: This cable probably works fine, but unfortunately it is not compatible with the newer Sony models! The connection adapter is much larger than the new ports allow. So be careful in your selection. However, the plasma screen was broken on the first two deliveries. The third delivery was fine. Since I purchased the TV from 6Ave Electronics, a certified online Pioneer dealer, there were no problems concerning the return.
