However, since I can't seem to proceed without checking something, I'll check one star at this time. I bought the mop because my sister has one and loves it. But I'm not reviewing the mop pads as indicated above, but the method of advertising for the steam mop itself. My problem with the company has to do with how they advertise. A few days after my mop arrived I got an ad from Amazon that this mop was $20.00 less than what I had just paid for it. I enquired and after a few e-mails I heard from the company's customer service office that the mop on sale "was not new." That statement didn't appear anywhere in the sale item ad.
