Comment: i bought this for my 4 and 5 year olds after i saw my friends daughter swimming with one. they put them on and right in the pool, they use them all day everyday with no problem. they used to use life jackets but were unable to really swim, they could float but not swim. now the have full range of motion in there arms and can swim for real. great product!!!!!!
