Only complaint is that it doesn't account for the contours of your back so you have to adjust it on the chair that you strap it onto. Overall, very satisfied with the product. Later I tried a newer model in Costco and I was equally impressed. The model in the store is no longer available and on their website, they only offer a SBM-350H that I ordered. After using it for three days I was not impressed. IMO this unit does not go as high up the shoulders as the SBM-300H model. Some of the other reviewers mentioned this as well. I am returning it since I purchased the SBM-300H model from another store for the same price as the Costco model. I have to use a towel over the top of the unit since the pressure was too hard for me. With the towel in place it is working great. I appreciate all the reviews that helped me make my decision.
