They taste very good, they're healthy, and fill me up until close to lunch time. That works for me. The kids love them also so I give them each half a bar for a snack sometimes. Comment: For anyone who scoffs at the idea of a small bar of food being a meal replacement, let me assure you that this is my favorite breakfast with a cup of coffee. Customer Rating: Summary: Pretty good for a nutrition bar Comment: First let me say I really like Odwalla bars in general. They're usually fairly tasty and loaded with nutrition- vitamins and minerals, and lots of fiber! They're usually pretty all natural, not a lot of chemicals and stuff, if any, and overall a good nutritious snack. The choco-walla ones are probably my favorite, because I love chocolate (of course), and eating these is kinda like eating a junky chocolate bar, 'cept these are good for you. I use them if I'm going to work out to give me energy, or if I'm hungry but don't want to eat real junk food or something more substantial, like a real meal. Expensive, but good nutrition is in this country, unfortunately, which is another discussion althogether. Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome! Comment: I love these bars!
