I tried to use it in the last month but couldn't get it going. I emailed the business for help. It's been over a month without a response. Also the first data cable they sent me was bad. They sent me a new one ok but from their response I gathered that the cables are often bad. Then get the latest version of the BITPIM phone manager software from the IE screen and load it instead of the older version on the SuperCD.
