Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Takes practice Comment: Seems to work as advertised but takes a little practice to start feeling comfortable with it. I've only been using it a couple of weeks so don't know yet just how permanent the hair removal will be, but so far so good. Customer Rating: Summary: Left scars and didn't eliminate hair Comment: Each hair took at least 10 tries to remove (it was only supposed to take one.) It was painful, left horrible scars, and each and every hair grew back. I DO NOT recommend this product to anyone. I was very disappointed with it. Yes it is tedious, and there is a little discomfort, but it's no more painful than plucking and you don't have to shave ever again (which I used to do every other day). Comment: I received the home electrolysis almost three weeks ago and used it immediately. I guess I had the setting set to high and I burned the skin slightly and formed a few scabs where the skin had been pierced. I have had similary experiences at the salon as well so it was nothing new, but I have noticed no hair regrowth as of yet and its been almost three weeks so I am very pleased with the product.
