When I realized I needed a different product and wanted to exchange it, this "warehousestore" was no where to be found. I followed the proper channels through amazon, but no one contacted me, and I couldn't find a company website. So, if you plan on never having to return or exchange something, warehousestore is for you, cause i was stuck with my purchase.
