I have been taking 2 capsules a day for about 3 weeks or so and things have calmed down considerably. Not only that but my arthritis seems to have calmed down too, but I will have to see whether it helps the arthritis during the winter season. I had heard about peppermint oil's benefits but am truly surprised that all that was said seems to be true. I originally just tried it to sweaten my breath. Comment: if u are going to try peppermint if u have irritable bowl constipation this does work this is way cheaper than Heathers stuff so please try this instead i saved a ton of money thanks! I deal with a lot of high pressure in my line of work and don't always eat perfectly and even when I do I have issues because of the high stress in front me at times. I still think you need to eat properly and that this is not a magic bullet for a crappy diet, but if you have trouble with digestion even though you are conscious of what you eat, these are for you!
