I've been using it for over a week now and not once has it inhibited my sleep came out during the night. Highly recommend. I don't know what I did without it. I have tried other guards and they are too stiff and/or too big. This one is flexible and adjustable. I highly recommend giving it a try or try the full size if you have a normal sized mouth. The low profile one is definately for a small mouth.
