Thing is ridiculous. Get one without a cradel for charging. I had to take the hook off each time i wanted to charge it and after 3-4 times it broke. I asked several people and everyone can hear me pretty good while I am driving. One problem though you have to be pretty close to the phone otherwise you loose a lot. Still can't figure out how to disconnect it from the phone. The sound is a little low though, even wher it is all the way up. But the quality of the sound is very good. I am also impressed with the low weight of this device, sometimes I forget that I am wearing it at all. I think it is a must have for someone who needs a handsfree headset that really works.
