I've made brownies almost every week since I got it and have never had a batch come out under or over cooked. I've tried several brands of boxed mixes and they all came out great by following the basic cooking instructions for a 13x9 pan. Every piece has atleast 2 nice edges on it. You get twice as many corner pieces than a traditional pan, including the two end pieces that have 3 edges (those are the first to go in my house). The only bad thing is that I have become even more addicted to brownies since I bought this pan. It's definately worth the money.
