Summary: Good But Not Perfect
Comment: So easy to set up. I did it in 30 seconds with my Blackberry. GOOD NEWS: the Blackberry charger works with the T305 so if you have a BB you can charge it with that at the office during the day. The sound is great. The ONLY issue is the flashing blue light - what idiot came up with that? I used black tape to mostly cover the light. I don't understand the reviews of bad sound because mine sounds great. But for the flashing blue light, it would be a 5-star for sure.

Summary: Not as handy as I thought it would be.
Comment: I thought I would use it a lot more but I just feel rude talking to people on it and revert back to my ear bud or even the phone. It dose come in handy if you are on hold but other than that I never use it

Summary: Very unsatisfied
Comment: This product has not worked for me as no one can hear me well at all. Everyone who I speak with on it, without exception, has said it I sound faint and garbled like I am under water. It is fully charged and clipped to my visor, I have even held the device in my hand. I drive a 96 Ford Ranger pickup for your reference as to how far the visor might be from me. I have since purchased a Jabra speaker and it works wonderfully, and I have not had one complaint. I don't recommend this unit at all.

Summary: Tired of Bad Reviews
Comment: I almost didn't buy this based on bad reviews here.
First of all the light is NOT an issue at all. I can see it during the day but hardly notice it at night.
Charging: Contrary to what people are saying this device does come with a wall charger so you can plug on any home outlet. The device can also be charged via mini USB so you can plug to a PC and charge too.
Pairing is piece of cake, battery life is good, and sound quality is good but not excellent.
Overall a very good cost-effective device
Go for it.

Summary: The best bluetooth handsfree so far
Comment: This is by far the best handsfree bluetooth car kit I used. I also own a VR bluetooth car kit from Costco. The biggest problem I have with the VR kit is that I can not hear the speaker well when my car goes faster than 65mph, since my car is one of those that is really noisy at higher speed. I can hear well with the T305 even at 80mph.
There are two major advantages the T305 has over the VR kit. The first one I already mentioned, the other one is the battery life. The VR kit usually last only for 1 week and I have to recharge. T305 lasted more than 4 weeks now after the initial charge, (I bought it more than 1 month ago), and I actually talk with it for about 20 times already, adding the time that it is being used but not in conversation. Also, the bluetooth detection is very strong that you have to turn off the T305 to log off the bluetooth if you park your car outside your house.
About the charger, you can actually use any charger that has the right connection to charge the unit, and you find that most of the motorola cell phone charger has the same kind of connection to this unit. Actually, some USB cable with the same connection on the other side will allow you to charge the unit by connecting to the computer.
I agree with another reviewer about the blinking light. It is a little distracting. However, I am not tall enough to have it right in front of my eye so it is OK. May be motorola should just have a smaller blinking light or a contantly lit light.
