Customer Rating: Summary: Guarantee a Hoax Comment: I was not a savvy shopper when I bought these. The salesperson got me when she told me about the lifetime guarantee. Lies! The guarantee covers manufacturing defects ONLY until the sole gets worn down. Basically, the "lifetime" guarantee for my rainbow sandals was one year, which is when the sole broke through to the "soft colored insert" -from rainbow website. Never has a pair broken on me -- I've gone through about three in the past 6 years because I lose them or mistreat them. They're durable (just try not to get them too wet too often), match with everything (if you buy the original color) and are very comfortable. I have recently started wearing the more girly skinny strap, but the normal ones are just as good. It takes a couple days to break them in, but no crippling blisters.
