It came fast and it works just as well as the old one! Customer Rating: Summary: Charges but doesn't connect to Itunes... Comment: My first cable charged my Ipod but didn't connect with Itunes. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one, no questions asked, so I can give them 5 Stars for service. The replacement worked for awhile...it's now three months later and the replacement now does the same thing; it doesn't connect with Itunes and only charges. I tried my girlfriend's OEM Apple cable and this works fine, so it's definitely my cable. I don't know if I'm still under warranty, but this seems like a design flaw and I wouldn't recommend this product.
