It is well constructed and offers many exercise programs and options. The only problem that I have experienced with the treadmill was the fan that blows air on the user while exercising was damaged in shipment and does not work. The warranty should cover the repair. I am very well pleased with the Bowflex 7 and would recommend it to anyone desiring a high quality treadmill. It ships in a great big box (it weighs A TON) and requires assembly. It didn't take long to assemble using a philips head screwdriver. My wife and I have been using it for over a year now and have had zero problems with it; at this rate, it should last a lifetime. It is also very heavy so it won't be moved from it's current location. Both my husband and I use it 3-6x/week and it works great -- very quiet, easy to use. Drawbacks include not being able to adjust the fan on the console to different angles/heights and the console doesn't constantly display time or calories or distance but cycles through the various displays which can be annoying.
