I bought it for my daughter too. Customer Rating: Summary: Another Great Reader Rabbit Program Comment: My grandson will be 4 years old next month and he LOVES Kindergarten Reader Rabbit software. I only have to explain him once how some of the games work and he does them now all by himself. He also has the Preschool and the Dream Tales software of the same series, so he was familiar with the same characters in Reader Rabbit Kindergarten. I definite recommend this software for pre-schoolers. It helps if an area in the PC is created for the child just for his or her software, so he/she can "play" independently. It is is a bit slow here and there when loading the next scene, but my 4 year old loves it. The program will actually adjust to your child's learning ability and become increasingly more difficult as your child masters the skills. My son is beginning to read and understands how each letter sounds. He spends hours at a time on it. This is a game that is better done with parent and child.
