I have bought 3 times already the bands from valeo, but next time I might look at some other manufacturers. blue is thin and almost no resistance, red is exactly as blue, yellow - just throw away. I still have my last bands and there is huge difference in quality of rubber and very thin if you compare old ones to new ones. Comment: If you are weary of buying such a product for home exercise you shouldn't be. These bands can be used for rehabilitative purposes as well as exercise in general. --If you're a petite female, I think you'll be able to exercise with the light band, while using the stronger ones to help strecthing.
