Summary: Great Product for the Heat
Comment: I used these during a 24-hour adventure race in Georgia in the heat of August. I used these capsules with plain water every hour and went through over 22 hours of solid effort without experiencing any cramping, muscle soreness, nausea or any other problems associated with dehydration or electrolyte depletion.
I don't use them all the time, but I would not want to do a hot weather event or long training session without them.

Summary: Excellent for endurance athletes
Comment: I use these when training and racing ultramarathons, marathons, and endurance events. I find them immensely helpful--I rarely bonk, and try to remember to take these every hour or so. If you cramp, they'll help. Also, when it's quite hot or humid, even if I'm only doing an easy six miles, I'll still take one, as I feel like it helps balance me out.
