It is perfect for me because I work from home and drink water all day and have lost count of how many times I have spilled my water. The cupholder takes care of that problem. I have my reference books under the riser so they are at my fingertips and I do not need to take up extra desk space. I use the CD holder for storage of my hand lotion, lip balm and gum that I use all day while I am working (average 8-10 hours per day). Customer Rating: Summary: Great for relieving neck pain! Plenty of room on the riser. Love the beverage holder. The only disadvantage is that the cup holder and cd holder gets in the way if you want to turn your monitor for others to see.
