You can find the smaller, single round brush in just about any store, but not the dual action. Maybe I like this brush better because I'm a guy and it actually feels like I have some toothbrush in my mouth. I tried the single brush and it just seems like it wasn't covering enough teeth. Both do a great job! People with smaller mouths may want to try both brushes to see which is more comfortable for them. I have had the Oral B system for 4 years now and my dental check-ups seem to have steadily improved. Maybe it's just because brushing seems so much easier that I do it more regularly.
