I didn't realize this so I bought a "useless" manual. Customer Rating: Summary: Does the job. Comment: Bought this for my 14 year old daughter, as it was required by her Freshman math class. It does all she needs it to do, and her teacher indicates that it should serve her well through all 4 years of high school math.
