Summary: Worked for me
Comment: I followed the directions and this product worked. It was a couple years ago, and I have been thinking of doing another. Here is what I noticed: larger (much larger) bowel movements. This did not take long. Also I got rid of my lactose intolerance. Since doing the cleanse, I have become progressively more of a health nut. If a friend told you that a colon cleanse is a good idea, I fully concur. I have not compared versus other products though, so you might want to read reviews on other products. Good luck!

Comment: I tried this product based on what most of the other reviewers said. I used the cleanse smart along with the oil smart and the fiber smart as reccomended, however, it didn't do anything. I too felt bloated, constipated and anxious waiting to go. Don't use this product. It actually makes you feel worse than before using it.

Summary: YOU MUST USE A FIBER LAXATIVE & DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Comment: This product purges toxins from different areas of the body and sends them straight to the intestines to be removed giving your intestines even more stuff that needs to be eliminated. This kit does not contain a fiber supplement and you really must use one to keep the toxins moving on out and not being re-absorbed and to avoid constipation. I personally think it should be sold with fiber but that's just my opinion. Even if you are going to the bathroom twice per day you should use a fiber supplement and drink lots of water during any detox to assist with speedy and complete removal of what was purged from other organs. This will also reduce constipation, cramping, etc. Detox is not pretty or easy and the worse you are the harder the detox, if you are complaining loudly about the detox you probably need it most!
