Customer Rating: Summary: Very happy with pans. Comment: They are not your department store cheapies, these are heavy duty pans. I love baking cookies in them. You can't go wrong, would order them again.
Customer Rating: Summary: sturdy, works well. Comment: I use this to hold a matfer or exopat silicone baking pad. It fits perfectly, and the combination works great for baking homemade cookies or bread, or baking frozen foods. I haven't had any issues with under or overcooking, and cleanup is easy. The pan is quite heavy and sturdy.
Customer Rating: Summary: Best pans money can buy Comment: Top top quality, heavy construction, durable, keeps its shape in the heat, non-stick but doesn't use any coating (I hate coating), made of metal/aluminum so it doesn't corrode or get stained. You can simply feel the top quality of these pans. Best pans you'll even own. Great for cookies, bread...
Customer Rating: Summary: Not as happy as I hoped! Comment: Chicago Metallic Commercial Cookie/Jelly Roll Pans, Set of 2The two pans are obviously packed together and when I opened the box, the top pan looked fine. However, when I separated the two, the pan on the bottom was dented on the two long sides. Consequently, when I use it, if there is any liquid, it pools. Guess I should have just gone to a store and avoided shipping.
Customer Rating: Summary: workhorses Comment: but for some discoloration I"m very pleased - they nest well, and are roomy.
I think they're also a good weight - not too heavy but sturdy
