The delievery was quick, and even if it's delayed for some reason, the company is quick to answer emails and very helpful in solving the problem. I bought two things from this company and both items were exactly as describe. The company said the Xbox Action Replay was new and when i received the product, it was indeed brand new and in perfect condition. Everything that was said to come with it was there in the box. It came with a a Xbox 8MB memory card, High speed USB Dockig Station, Powersaves Cd with hundreds of games supported, and a instruction manual. The basic funtion of the product i bought is to help unlock cheats and codes and help unlock the levels in order for you to beat a game.
