I've bought several different tea makers over the years and this one is by far the best. So simple to use and easy to clean. Allows you to use tea leaves or bags and has 3 settings for strength. No timer needed.. just start and walk away. If you get busy and forget about the tea, it is OK! Perfect for a busy person that loves fresh tea!! Customer Rating: Summary: Easy Comment: Easy to use, easy to clean. Just used it for the first time and got some great iced tea out of it. We used the regular size tea bags (7 of them) but have the family size bags to try out, too. Set it on medium and in 10 minutes, we were enjoying fresh iced tea. Easy enough to use that I think we'll get a lot of use out of it.
