Much to my chagrin, opened the bag and one of the packages was tampered with and one of the replacements pads was missing. Not much to do about it... so I will most likely be looking for a different vendor. It did ship promptly. The first time I used the new pad it got holes - YIKES! that's five dollars to wash the kitchen floor- waaay too exspensive. The question is: are these pads some kind of cheap knock-off? They look exactly like the pads that came with the Steam Mop as well as other replacement pads I've bought (but not from this vendor).
