After 15 minutes of assembly, we brought him outside and took him for a spin. He had SO MUCH fun that he started screaming when it was time to take him out (it was hilarious -- we didn't expect him to love the wagon ride that much!) I would definately advise buying this toy for any ~1+ year old. I believe this toy will build his love for the outdoors and playing outside.
