Most smocks are made for younger kids, made out off cheap materials or they are sleeveless. I was happy to find this one. I don't agree with the size or fitting issues some other reviewers mentioned. My son is an average size 6 year old and the smock fits him just fine with some room to grow. He can also move around comfortably. The material is high quality, stitches are nicely done and velcro closures are very helpful. The pockets and colorful designs are cute additions. I recommend this to every "little artist"!
