It was easy to set up, with clear instructions and a non-nonsense package of parts to ensure that you have everything you need to set it up. We did run into a problem wiht some of the lights being out in the electronic scoreboard, but a quick e-mail to customer service, and they had a new part in the mail the next day. Doesn't get any better than that. I would highly recommend this product for younger kids. It was a big hit. It took a little while to properly hang it, as with anything this heavy being hung on a wall, but it's worth it to me since we can close it up and it's out of the way. My kids can be a little rough on toys and everything and so far this has held up well. It comes with 3 basketballs which is perfect since I have three kids. You can also use any other balls you might already have. I also like that I can fold it up and it just disappears into a cabinet on a wall. I even enjoy playing. It also can be plugged in or use batteries. It keeps score for 2 people for 1 minute each. So you can play against a friend to see who scores more baskets. Great product highly recommend.
