Works just like a Vix bit only you can pop it out the holder, flip it, put it back in the holder and voila', now you've got a driver to power in the screw. It is a must for jobs requiring predrill(not countersink). The 4 piece set will do most jobs. The only concern I have with this product is the availability of it. I waited 4+ weeks for it to arrive.
