Summary: Music to sleep by
Comment: I was looking for music to help lull me to sleep. It mostly accomplishes this. However, the seagull calls which are intermittently present seem a little loud compared to the background level. Occasionally the surf noise rises too. It is very soothing otherwise.

Comment: This CD is okay for ocean sounds lovers, but I didn't care for the foghorn sounds or whales that come later in it. It's more of a Cape Cod type of sound that the Caribbean, which I prefer. I wanted JUST waves.

Comment: I listen to this CD when I'm getting a massage or just relaxing outside. I've also found it helpful as a calming agent when I'm having a difficult day at work. The ocean sounds are very peaceful and relaxing after a hard day at work also.
