Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Very tinny with no bass! Comment: I used to be a fan of the Koss PLUG. I had two pair which I wore everywhere. They delivered great bass with a full range of sound. Isolation was good. But a cord of one got caught in my door and destroyed one earbud. So I decided I would purchase another pair. Well the new pair does not have the same bass response at all. It also does not have the hocked earjack but a staight connector. This new one is not convenient since it is easily kinked. But the sound change was dramatic. This was a real disappointment. I really loved their old design. Customer Rating: Summary: Good Noise Blocker Comment: The ear buds make nice ear plugs. I wear them at work to block out noise. Sound quality is good but not the best. They came with 3 different sized buds. I think they are a good value for the price. These worked fine for about a week, then the volume adjuster on the wire gave up and distorted the sound. They isolate you from everything going on around you, which can be dangerous. They're hard to put in and not very comfortable. What a piece of crap, given how much it costs. Don't buy these. It fills your entire ear canal, so you can't hear much when you've got them in. They aren't much good for walking or cycling (unless you only go with one plug in) but for planes and simply zoning out, they're awesome.
