Customer Rating: Summary: Paint Your Wagon Soundtrack CD Comment: This CD sounded quite "tinny." It didn't seem to be a very good recording. But since the movie is so old, I just figured the technology wasn't good enough to make a better CD from the movie. But I have to say I was a bit disappointed in the lack of quality.
But it arrived quickly and the fast service was still appreciated.
Customer Rating: Summary: awesome ! Comment: Love this CD ! Will bring the Movie to me while doing other things ! For the ones that say "it is not Lee Marvin singing"....HE IS ! Your "ear" has to be very bad not to recognize his voice ! Great songs...And Clint sings too ! Don't care what they say but he does sing good ! And for the ones that say "his weak voice..." , that weak voice is what makes him special. Favorites: "Gold Fever" ( can play it forever) , "Wandering Star" ( beautiful ) and "The best things of Life" ( cheerful and fun ! )
I can play this soundtrack over and over and cheers me up so much even if I'm upset: total fix ! I even bought the music lyrics for piano and I'm playing them !!!! Fun !

Customer Rating: Summary: passed over ?? Comment: I realy loved this album however I think most reviewers have over looked the lovely ballad "A Million Miles Away Behind the Door" supposedly sung by Jean Seberg but oviously dubbed. None the less it is a very lovely, lovely song by Alan Jay Lerner and Andre Previn and I can listen to it over and over and over.
Customer Rating: Summary: A great classic movie Comment: Wow - worth every penny. If you like the movie, then you can not go wrong with this CD. It's that simple.
Customer Rating: Summary: Soundtrack of the movie Comment: This CD is the soundtrack of the movie. My favorites are Lee Marvin singing "Wonderin' Star" and the male chorus of "Maria". If you liked the movie, you'll like this.
